HOW DOES IT WORK?

Does it take up a lot of space?
The Halo Video Booth takes up very little space which means it can go in many places around your venue. As long as it’s connected to a power source and is indoors, it can virtually go anywhere. We recommend putting it in a high traffic area that isn’t loud to capture all of the great comments from your guests.

How long do we get the Video Booth for?
We drop off and setup the Video Booth before any major parts of the event have begun and then we simply collect it once the event has finished either at the end of the night or the following day.

How long can the messages be?
You can record for up to 30 seconds, however you are able to finish the recording by pressing the stop button whenever you want. To start the recording you simply press the button on the screen and it will begin a countdown. If your guests are unhappy with their video they can choose to redo it without it being uploaded to your private gallery.

Are we able to move the Video Booth after it has been setup?
Unless a member of our team is on site we strongly recommend that the Halo Video Booth does not get moved as it could potentially get damaged in the process.

Can we pick the design used on the Video Templates and Start Screen?
We are happy for you to pick from our vast selection of designs that we have on offer. You are also able to change any of the wording to say what you want. If you wanted something bespoke we are happy to do that but there may be additional charges that are incurred.
